Please make sure to arrive with the Email confirmation. It should be a printed Ticket with QR-Code. Hold your printout or mobile device with the QR-Code facing the scanner at the barrier upon entering and exiting the parking area.

Please refrain from pulling a ticket at the entry barrier. If so, keep the ticket and come to our service office at parking level P4, which is on the third floor.

You can use credit and EC cards in our cash payment machines in addition to traditional cash to pay your parking fees. Before you leave, remember to pay your parking fees at the cash payment machine.
